1. Getting Started with Your Inquiry
Our working process begins with a thorough understanding of your needs. To help us evaluate project feasibility and tailor our support, we encourage you to send detailed information such as your tech pack, reference images, order quantity, material preferences or any specific requirements.

2. Making Quotation
If our production is suitable for your project, we will assign a dedicated team for your project to ensure a smooth and efficient service. Our development team works closely with our sourcing department to identify the most suitable suppliers for materials and accessories, both locally and internationally in terms of quality, capability and ethical compliance. Based on that, we’ll prepare a detailed quotation for your project, typically within 3 to 5 working days. Once the price is confirmed, we’ll begin the sample development step.
3. Sample Development
Based on tech packs, design sketches, or brand ideas/reference, our pattern making team creates patterns for fabric cutting and garment assembly. Our skilled sample makers guarantee that the samples meet customer expectations and are suitable for mass production.
The samples will be sent directly to you for review, and fitting sessions can be arranged either online or in person, depending on your convenience. Any necessary adjustments will be made according to your feedback.
4. Order Confirmation and Production Planning
Once you approve the sample and confirm your order with a Purchase Order (PO), our merchandising plans the production schedule. Simultaneously, our purchasing team procures raw materials and accessories in bulk to ensure a smooth manufacturing process.
Before proceeding to mass production, we produce lab dips to test and confirm fabric quality. Following approval, we create a Pre-Production (PP) Sample that exactly represents the final product. This step ensures all details, from construction to finishing, meet the agreed standards before bulk manufacturing begins.
5. Bulk Production and Quality Control
Production takes place in our SA8000- and WRAP-certified factory, where we apply a LEAN manufacturing model to eliminate bottlenecks, reduce waste, and maintain consistent quality.
Our rigorous quality control system includes multi-stage inspections: from raw material checking to 100% end-line inspection. We follow the appropriate AQL (Acceptable Quality Limit) standards or full inspection following customer requirements. Third-party inspections are always welcome for added assurance.
6. Bulk Shipping
Once all quality checks have been thoroughly completed, your garments are carefully packed to ensure they remain in perfect condition during transit. Depending on your requirements and timelines, the shipment will be arranged via either sea or air.
